Chunnels rapid response service team guarantees that equipment can be serviced or repaired to maximise customer production. Service times and maintenance is agreed with the customer to eliminate any downtime or loss of production. If an item of equipment cannot be repaired then Chunnel will offer a replacement unit at no additional cost to the customer.
